Buckland Group PLC24 February 2005 Buckland plc ("Buckland" or "the Company") Holding in Company Buckland was advised on 23 February 2005 that Hoodless Brennan & Partners Plc("Hoodless Brennan") had acquired 60,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Companyas part of the placing of new ordinary shares announced on 17 February 2005. The Company was also advised that Hoodless Brennan sold in aggregate 53,470,000ordinary shares in the Company on 18 February 2005, 21 February 2005 and 22February 2005.
