The Company was notified on 7 April 2009 that, following a disposal of ordinary shares in the Company on 6 April 2009, Standard Life Investments Limited is interested in 1,441,970 ordinary shares in Stanley Gibbons, representing approximately 5.73 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
