2ergo announces that it was informed on 14 May 2008 that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries, following a purchase of shares, have a beneficial interest in 3,151,300 ordinary shares, representing 10.29% of the issued share capital of the Company. 3,052,410 (9.97%) of these shares are held directly and 98,890 (0.32%) are held indirectly.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 30,633,838.
