Purchase by Employee Share Trust
The Company has been notified that the Braemar Shipping Services plc Employee Share Option Plan (the "ESOP") yesterday acquired 12,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 466.775 pence per share. Accordingly, the ESOP now holds 716,614 ordinary shares in Braemar Shipping Services plc, representing 3.42 per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
