25th February 2008Microgen plc (the "Company")Notifiable Interests
The Company received notice from Schroders Investment Management Limited on 25th February 2008 in compliance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that its holding of 15,206,591 Ordinary Shares now represents 14.78% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The shares are held in portfolios managed on a discretionary basis for clients under investment management agreements.
