Holding in Company

On 15 September 2008, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received the following notification:

On 12 September 2008, Schroders plc acquired sufficient shares to take their notifiable holding above 10%. Their registered holding is 37,556,345 ordinary shares in the Company, however, Schroders only have the voting rights to 31,653,639 ordinary shares, being 11.27%. These are held as follows:

Schroder Investment Management Limited: 29,999,501 (10.68%)

Schroder Investment Management North America Limited : 1,406,736 (0.50%)

Schroder & Co Limited: 247,402 (0.09%)
