Kea Petroleum plc (AIM: KEA), the oil and gas company focused on New Zealand, was notified on 13 August 2014 that as a result of the disposal of 20,500,000 voting rights attached to shares on 8 August 2014, Stinoc Pty Ltd no longer has a disclosable interest in the Company.
