Appointment of Director Confirmed

Further to the announcement of 30 July 2015, Henderson Group plc today announces that the UK Financial Conduct Authority has confirmed the appointment of Kalpana Desai as a Non-Executive Director to the Group Board, effective from 5 October 2015. Ms Desai will stand for election at the 2016 Annual General Meeting.
