POSTING OF 2011 HALF-YEARLY FINANCIAL REPORT
AND COMPANY CIRCULAR
Guinness Peat Group plc ("GPG") announces that it is today submitting copies of its half-yearly financial report to 30 June 2011 and a company circular regarding the Scrip Dividend Alternative in lieu of the cash dividend payable on 25 October 2011 to the National Storage Mechanism and these will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
