INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2026

Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") presents its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2026.

As at 31 March 2026:

Net assets: £196.58 million

Net asset value per share: 62.02 pence

Financial Highlights

Results for the six months ended 31 March 2026:

· Net asset value ("NAV") total return (including dividends) per share fell by (3.4)%.

· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 2.50 pence per share, which was paid to Shareholders on 10 April 2026.

· The Company made two new investments totalling £5.43 million and four follow-on investments amounting to £3.28 million.

· Net unrealised and realised losses in the period were £(6.08) million.

· The Company received proceeds from investments totalling £0.38 million.
