Sunrise Diamonds PLC11 December 2006 Sunrise Diamonds plc 11 December 2006 At a Board meeting of Sunrise Diamonds plc held on 7 December 2006 associatedwith the release of the annual results (and at the end of the associated closeperiod), the Board resolved to issue warrants to the following Directors: P.Cheetham :500,000 F.Johnstone:250,000 N.Herbert :250,000 Each warrant is convertible to one new ordinary share at the price of 2.75 penceper share (the closing mid market price on 7 December 2006) at any time within 5years from the date of issue, being 7 December 2006.
