Grant of share options to senior management
Stadium Group plc (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, announces that the Company has granted key senior management a total of 100,000 options with a nominal value of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2006 Performance Share Plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 5 pence per Ordinary Share, over a period of 3 years, subject to the achievement of certain performance criteria.
