zamano plc ("zamano" or the "Company") - Grant of Share Options
On 12 March 2013 the Board of zamano granted options ("Options") to nominated employees over 6,278,458 ordinary shares of €0.0001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the Share Option Scheme of the Company, as established by a resolution of the members of the Company on 26 September 2006 (the "Share Option Scheme").
The Options have an exercise price of 5.95 cent and become exercisable after the passing of three years from the grant date subject to the Company achieving specified EBITDA targets.
As part of the grant of Options described above, the following Options were issued to a director of the Company on 12 March 2013:

These options represent the totality of Mr. Landy's share interests in the Company.
Following the grant, there are now options outstanding over, in aggregate, 7,038,258 new Ordinary Shares representing 7.19% of the Company's existing issued ordinary share capital.
