Ceres Power Holdings plc28 March 2006 Ceres Power Holdings plc (the "Company") On 21 March 2006 the Remuneration Committee of the Company approved the grant ofoptions to subscribe for 500,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of281.5p.
