Further re Issue of Equity

Judges Capital announced on 21 May 2008 a successful share placing (the "Placing") raising approximately £525,000 before expenses. The Placing involved the issue of 476,800 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each (the "Placing Shares"). The total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights including the Placing Shares now amounts to 4,037,678.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM"). It is expected that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence on AIM on 11 June 2008.
