Statement regarding Evolution Group PLC

Panmure Gordon notes the statement issued by Evolution Group PLC.

The unanimous view of the Board, having taken financial advice, was that the indicative conditional proposal from Evolution Group PLC was not in the interests of the Company or its shareholders.

As set out in the interim results of 29 September, the Company is well positioned for the future, with a strong brand, excellent client list and clear strategy.
