Tricor, the investment company focussed on the resources sector with investments in iron sand and sand trading operations in the Philippines, advises that following the announcement on 3 October, it continues to work on completing its audited report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 and will publish them as soon as possible. In the meantime, the Company's shares remain suspended from trading on AIM.
