CHANGE IN TIME OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Reference is made to the notice (the "Notice") of DQ Entertainment plc (AIM: DQE) dated 30 May 2014 in relation to convening the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") for the year 2013-14.

The Company hereby announces that the time of the above-mentioned AGM originally scheduled to be held at 2.30 p.m. on 22nd September 2014 to be changed to 10:00 a.m. on the same day.

Proxy forms already submitted remain valid and shareholders who have not yet sent in their proxies will have time until 10.00 a.m. on September 20, 2014 to submit them.

Save for the above change of the time of the AGM, other information (including venue) contained in the Notice remains unchanged.

The revised notice of AGM has been sent to shareholders and electronic copies of the documents can be accessed from the Company's website, www.dqentertainment.com, in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
