Further information re: 2 year loan

Densitron Techonologies plc wishes to announce further details concerning the two year loan made to the Company by Fƒ¶rvaltnings AB Bronsstƒ¤det, details of which were announced in the preliminary announcement of the Company's results for the year ended 31 December 2005, released on 21 June 2006. Specifically, the Company wishes to state that Mr Peter Gyllenhammar is the ultimate beneficial owner of Fƒ¶rvaltnings AB Bronsstƒ¤det and was at the time the loan was made.
