Press Corporation18 March 2008 PRESS CORPORATION LIMITED PROFITS WARNING In July 2007 Press Corporation Limited issued a Trading Statement in relation tothe Group's results for the half year ended 30th June 2007. The statementindicated that the Group's results for the half year were likely to benegatively affected by losses incurred in Limbe leaf Tobacco Company Limited dueto impairment of its investments in the agronomy projects. The half year results as later published showed that Press Corporation Limitedabsorbed MK626.0 million being its share of the losses in Limbe Leaf TobaccoCompany Limited, and this significantly depressed the Group's results for theperiod. During the second half of the year 2007, most of the companies in the PressGroup registered much better performance than was earlier expected. The strongperformance as registered has more than compensated for the effects of thelosses in Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company Limited so that overall results for theGroup for the year ended 31st December 2007 are expected to be close to thelevel attained in the previous year.
