BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 201st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 17 February 2016 at Dubai at 10:00 a.m. (UAE Time), inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 09 February 2016 to 17 February 2016 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
