HOUSTON, March 16 -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE-Alt: END) today announced that the company has filed a Form 10-K for the year 2008 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The annual report provides a view of the company's financial position as of December 31, 2008.
