February Operational Update

BigDish Plc (LON: DISH), a food technology company that operates a yield management platform for restaurants, is pleased to announce an operational update for the month of February.

Highlights:

·; 166 new restaurants added in February

·; Traction with restaurant groups

·; Fourth week of February - a record week for restaurant acquisition - 58 new restaurants

Further progress has been made in February towards the primary goal of restaurant acquisition. 166 new restaurants were added in February and there are now 562 restaurants live on the BigDish platform and an additional 21 restaurants that have agreed to join BigDish, increasing the total to 583 restaurants.

The Manchester team is growing in size. The Company continues to focus on recruitment in order to increase the size of the team to ten highly performing persons. The team have also been able to recruit a number of restaurant groups and expects this trend to continue.

The restaurant groups that have joined BigDish include Wildwood (51 sites), dim t (5 sites), Audley Villages (10 sites), Burning Night Group (6 sites), Brook Hotels (5 sites), We Are Bars (9 sites), Marco Pierre White's (2 sites), Tarantino Restaurants (3 sites) and Unico Gelato (4 sites). The Company is pleased to see high quality restaurants joining BigDish including WOOD Restaurant of renowned chef, Simon Wood which will be live in March. Simon Wood won MasterChef UK in 2015 and has returned to the competition in a judging role.

The Manchester team achieved a notable milestone in the fourth week of February. As news coverage of the coronavirus intensified the Company saw an increase in demand for its services from restaurants. This resulted in a record week where 58 restaurants were added. As the team increases in size, the Company expects the pace of restaurant growth to continue.

Technology Updates

The BigDish tech team continues to work on a complete overhaul of the search functionality within the App which will bring it up to the standard of leading global booking apps. Changes to the search functionality will be progressively rolled out commencing in the coming weeks.
