Exercise of Warrants
The Company announces that it has issued 5,819 new ordinary shares of £0.0015 each in the capital of URA (the "New Shares"), following the exercise of share warrants at a price of £0.009 per share.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for admission of the New Shares to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence when the suspension in trading of the shares is lifted ("Re-Admission"). At Re-Admission (assuming no further shares are issued), URA will have a total of 267,617,400 ordinary shares of £0.0015 each in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
