Cyprotex PLC20 April 2005 Press release 20 April 2005 Cyprotex PLC Issue of 130,710 shares pursuant exercise of options Cyprotex PLC (AIM: CRX), the provider of pharmacokinetic technology andinformation, today announces that it has issued 130,710 new Ordinary Shares of0.1 p each ("new Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options. The issue of the new Ordinary Shares is subject to the new Ordinary Shares beingadmitted to trading on AIM, application for which will be made.
