Exercise of Options

Hardide plc (AIM: HDD), the provider of surface coating technology announces that it has applied for the admission to trading on AIM of a total of 78,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been issued pursuant to an exercise (the "Exercise") of options over Ordinary Shares by an employee of the Company. The options have exercise prices of 0.45, 0.575 and 0.75 pence in equal proportions.

Accordingly, the Company has applied for the 78,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and admission is expected to become effective on 5 January 2016.

The Company advises that, following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Exercise, the Company's issued share capital will be 1,334,704,304 Ordinary Shares all with voting rights.

The above figure of 1,334,704,304 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
