Exercise of Options
Pursuit Dynamics PLC (AIM: PDX), the developer and exploiter of the PDX platform technology, announces that options have been exercised over 121,614 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to take place on 2nd August 2011.
Following admission, the Company will have 74,688,263 voting Ordinary Shares in issue.
