eServGlobal secures new win for its PayMobile platform

eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), a pioneering digital transactions technology company, announces it has secured a new three-year contract with an existing customer, for its flagship PayMobile platform. The total value of the contract is US$1.25M. It encompasses technology platform upgrades as well as three years of support through to 2020.

The customer is a leading MNO (mobile network operator) in the Middle East and an affiliate of a global Tier 1 Telecommunications Group. eServGlobal has been a technology vendor to this customer for several years, facilitating prepaid recharge requirements. As part of the new contract, eServGlobal will upgrade the technology platforms to the new release of PayMobile to facilitate a comprehensive recharge offering. In many emerging markets, over 90% of mobile users in the country are prepaid, making recharge an integral part of an MNO's service offering.
