Synety Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L), was notified on 9th September that on 9th September 2014 Andrew Jones, Sales Director, purchased 2,520 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 198.245 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Andrew Jones now holds 32,769 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39% of the Group's total voting rights.

Additionally, on 9th September 2014 Jason Kendall, Chief Technical Officer, purchased 3,374 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 219.38 pence per Ordinary Share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Jason Kendall now holds 504,298 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.99% of the Group's total voting rights.
