("Amur" or "the Company")

Result of EGM

The Directors of the Company announce that at the EGM held this morning, the resolution proposing to cancel the Admission to trading of the Company's shares on AIM was not passed by shareholders.

As previously announced, the Company's requirement for funding remains urgent and the Directors continue to negotiate with potential providers of finance.  As well as these negotiations, the Directors continue to focus on cutting costs wherever possible.
