Kiln PLC16 April 2007 Kiln plc Result of court meeting and scheme EGM On 13 March 2007, Kiln plc ("Kiln") announced proposals to implement theReorganisation of the Kiln Group. The Kiln Board today announces that at the Court Meeting and Scheme EGM heldearlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. It is expected that the Scheme will become effective on or around 21 May 2007.(The date of 21 May 2007 will depend inter alia on the date on which the Courtsanctions the Scheme and confirms the Capital Reduction).
