European Commission Approves Haluco Acquisition by Total Produce
Total Produce plc, Europe's leading fresh produce company, announces that the European Commission
has approved its acquisition of 60% of Haluco B.V. and Nedalpac B.V.
Total Produce announced, on 23 May 2008, that it had entered an agreement to acquire 60% of
the companies for a consideration of up to €23 million.
