EBT Purchase
The Company was notified by the trustees of the Mulberry Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT") that the EBT purchased, in aggregate, 88,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), on 16 April 2010, at an average price of 199.795 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these purchases, the EBT holds 1,560,143 Ordinary Shares representing 2.65 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
