Arden Partners plc (the "Company")

EBT Purchase

The Company was notified by the trustees of Arden Partners Employee Benefit Trust Limited (the "Trust") that the Trust today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, the Trust holds 819,600 Ordinary Shares representing 3.32 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
