Croma Group PLC19 September 2006 19 SEPTEMBER 2006 CROMA GROUP PLC ("Croma" or "the Group") DIVISION REBRAND Photobase Limited re-branded Croma Biometrics The Board of Croma, the AIM listed surveillance, security and homeland defencespecialist has today announced its intention to re-brand its recently acquiredPhotobase Limited division ("Photobase"), a business which designs, installs,services and maintains biometric identification and access-control solutions tomeet the physical security needs for a wide range of locations, budgets,security policies and organization types, to the name Croma Biometrics. The Board is pleased to also announce that Croma Biometrics has seen a steadyincrease in its activities, since it was acquired in February this year, and hasrecently attracted a number of new contracts. The Board of Croma believes that the change of name will identify more clearlythe activities of the overall division activities. Vigilant Security (Scotland) Limited, which too was acquired by the Group inFebruary of this year, will also be re-branded to Croma Vigilant Limited. Thisdivision has been particularly successful in winning significant new contractsduring the last few months and, as reported, has seen a 22% increase in itsturnover since joining the Group. Croma is in the process of developing its brand across all Group operationswhilst retaining the established names of the acquired businesses adding "Croma"to identify the Group relationship as part of both an ongoing policy, and inorder to create and nurture brand value.
