The board of Falkland Islands Holdings PLC ("the Company) announces that, subject to the relevant resolution being passed at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the Company intends to pay a final cash dividend of 8p per share on 31 October 2008 to shareholders on the register on 3 October 2008.
