The Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown are pleased to announce that the Company will pay an interim ordinary dividend as follows:

Ex-Dividend Date * 16 March 2011

Record Date ** 18 March 2011

Pay Date 6 April 2011

Dividend per share 4.5p

* Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date will not qualify for the dividend.

** Shareholders must be on the Hargreaves Lansdown plc share register on this date to receive the dividend.
