The Board of JZCP (the “Board”) is pleased to announce that it has approved the payment of a dividend amounting to 15.50 cents per Ordinary share, which will be payable by the Company in respect of the period ended 31 August 2016, with the following details:

Shareholders are reminded that if they wish to receive dividend payments in Sterling, they must elect to do so by contacting Equiniti Limited before close of business on 4 Nov 2016. Failure to make this election will result in payment of the dividend in US dollars. Shareholders who have elected to receive previous dividends in Sterling, and wish to receive the interim dividend in Sterling are not required to take any further action.
