Interim Dividend
The Board of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016 of 1.52p per share payable on 12 August 2016 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register on 22 July 2016, in line with the Company's dividend objective.
The ex-dividend date is 21 July 2016.
