Second Interim Dividend for the Year Ended 31 May 2022

BMO Managed Portfolio Trust PLC (the "Company") announces a second interim dividend in respect of the financial year to 31 May 2022 of 1.55 pence per Income share (2021: 1.40 pence per Income share). This dividend is payable on 7 January 2022 to shareholders on the register on 17 December 2021, with an ex-dividend date of 16 December 2021.

The normal pattern for the Company is to pay four quarterly interim dividends per financial year and as previously announced, the directors of the Company intend to make the quarterly interim dividends of more equal amounts.

In the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the first three quarterly interim dividends will each be 1.55 pence per Income share and the aggregate dividends for the financial year to 31 May 2022 will be at least 6.20 pence per Income share (2021: 6.20 pence per Income share).

Accordingly, as a result of making the interim dividends of more equal amounts and the increase in each of the first two interim dividends and the anticipated increase in the third interim dividend, the fourth interim dividend is expected to be lower than last year. The directors will determine the amount of the fourth quarterly interim dividend when a clearer view emerges of income for the year.
