Interim Dividend
The Board of Alcentra European Floating Rate Income Fund Limited has declared an interim dividend in respect of the period 1 October 2019 to 31 December 2019 of 1.17p per share, payable on 7 February 2020 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the register at 24 January 2020, in line with the Company's dividend objective.
The ex-dividend date is 23 January 2020.
