Charlemagne Capital Limited04 September 2007 4 September 2007 Dividend Declaration Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2007 earliertoday, Charlemagne Capital Limited confirms that it has declared an ordinaryinterim dividend of 2.20 US cents (1.0967 pence) per share and a special interimdividend of 1.65 US cents (0.8225 pence) per share. Both dividends will be payable on 12 October 2007 to shareholders on the recordon 14 September 2007. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless theCompany's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in USdollars.
