Payment of Dividend and change of Accounting Reference Date

The Board of Directors of Triple Point VCT plc, a venture capital trust company, has resolved that the Company will pay to all shareholders on the Register of Members on the record date of Friday 8 May 2009 a further interim dividend of 7.6p per share. The ex-dividend date will therefore be Wednesday 6 May 2009. The dividend will be paid not later than Wednesday, 3th May 2009.

The Board has  also resolved to change the Company's  accounting reference date from 31 March to 31 May, so that the next accounting period will be for the two months ended 31 May 2009 rather than the year ended 31 March 2010.
