Dividend Declaration
In the Company's Final Results announcement released earlier today, the Company announced that the Board will recommend a maiden dividend of 0.3p per share at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
Subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the maiden dividend will be paid on 5 November 2013 to shareholders on the register on 11 October 2013.
