Dividend Declaration
The Company announces that the Directors have today declared a Second Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September 2014 in an amount of 1.6875p per Ordinary Share.
The Second Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 30 May 2014 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 9 May 2014 (ex-dividend Wednesday, 7 May 2014).
