Board decision on dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited has decided that on 18 December 2015 a second interim dividend for 2015 of EUR 0.27 will be paid on each Ordinary Share.

The relevant date for the entitlement to the dividend (record date) will be 27 November 2015. The corresponding ex-dividend date on the London Stock Exchange will be 26 November 2015.
