Discount Control Mechanism

The Board is pleased to confirm that the Discount Control Mechanism ("DCM"), as more fully described in the recent Annual Report and subsequent to Shareholders' support, is effective from today. The DCM will be operated by Personal Assets Trust Administration Company Ltd under the Board's instructions.
