22.09.2008 Disclosure on USD 825 Mn Syndicated Loan
Isbank signed a syndicated loan agreement for USD 825 million (in two tranches, USD 484.5 million and EUR 236 million) with a term of one year with an option of one year term of prolongation, in London on 22.09.2008. The syndicated loan, which will be used for foreign trade financing, has a total cost of Libor+0.75%.
