Directors' Shareholdings

Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin, Zoffany and Scion, announces that on 11 July 2012 Alan Dix, Executive Director, transferred 90,030 ordinary shares of 1p each to his wife. Following this transfer, Alan Dix's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 634,174 ordinary shares representing 1.07% of the total voting rights in the Company.

The Company was also informed that on 11 July 2012 David Smallridge, Executive Director, transferred 134,682 ordinary shares of 1p each to his civil partner. Following this transfer, David Smallridge's interest in the Company remains unchanged at 864,416 ordinary shares representing 1.46% of the total voting rights in the Company.
