London: Wednesday, 4 June 2014: Chi-Med received notification on 3 June 2014 that Mr Christopher Nash, Independent Non-executive Director of Chi-Med, purchased 4,036 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each in Chi-Med (the "Shares") at a price of GBP8.42 each on3 June 2014.
Following this purchase, Mr Nash is beneficially interested in 30,542 Shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the current issued share capital of Chi-Med.
